Each Nido Nest bed is custom made to order, so we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once production has started.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet begun, we may be able to provide a refund excluding payment processing fees.
We take great pride in our craftsmanship. If your bed arrives with a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem so we can arrange a suitable solution.
Depending on the situation, this may include repair, replacement parts, or a replacement product.
